Another SNAFU!!!!!!

We seem to go from one doctor visit to the next. The last one wasn't great news. The drain they inserted is not doing the job they had hoped it would......so, come Monday, they are going to go back in and insert another drain or.......and most likely....remove part of his liver. Apparently the abcess has built up a tar-like (my interpretation) substance that is not breaking down enough to pass through the drain. What is coming out is bile......yucky! So, keep those good thoughts and prayers coming. Both April and Jake are scared of course. I am calm. Transplant technology has come a long way in recent years and I am certain these doctors know what they are doing and will get him through this.
