Things are looking UP!

Everything indicates that Jake in on the mend and that his vitals and labs are all returning to normal. They had to put the dreaded "nose hose" in last night but that is now out and he isn't throwing up anymore. He is eating bird size portions of food and will hopefully be able to keep them down. Looks like he will stay in ICU a couple of more days and then go to a normal floor and get some rehabilitation and his strength back. We are headed over to visit him tonight. I succumbed to exhaustion and actually took a nap today.
