Day One and Struggling with this

well it is actually day 3 and i have finally gotten my picture over to the right side of the screen. i am waiting on my computer support guy to show up....are they ALL always late? or "no-shows"? i need to go somewhere and he was supposed to be here an hour ago. ack! he is supposed to get my wireless laptop so it will work in the house......otherwise i will be spending lots of time at Panera Bread!
